Shipping & Returns
Most Glory pieces are handcrafted to order in Los Angeles — please allow 4–6 weeks for creation and shipment. Anything shown as ready to ship leaves us sooner.
We currently ship within the continental United States. Orders ship via FedEx, fully insured for the retail value of your piece, and require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will reattempt delivery and then hold your package at a nearby FedEx location.
All sales are final. Because each piece is made individually for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email info@gloryjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right.
