What is your return policy?

Items purchased on gloryjewelry.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Glory box and/or pouch). Please emailinfo@gloryjewelry.comfor return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
