Every Glory piece is handcrafted to order. We do not hold inventory; each design is made individually once your order is placed.
Production time
Please allow 4–6 weeks for creation and shipment. Two exceptions: the 18K gold vermeil 222 pendant is in stock and ships now, and the solid 18K gold 222 is made to order in 2–3 weeks. Holiday periods may extend these timelines. Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to offer rush production.
How we ship
Orders ship via FedEx, fully insured for the retail value of your piece. You will receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
Signature required
Every Glory order requires a signature on delivery. This protects your piece and ensures it reaches you rather than being left unattended. If you are not there to sign, FedEx will reattempt delivery and then hold your package at a nearby FedEx location for collection.

We currently ship within the continental United States. If you are outside the continental US and would like to order, email info@gloryjewelry.com and we will do our best to help.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Marked delivered but not received
Because every order requires a signature, this is rare. If it does happen, contact us at info@gloryjewelry.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with FedEx on your behalf and follow it through with you.
